Engine repairs refers to the process of replacing certain components of an engine that are causing problems. This doesn’t automatically mean cleaning or disassembling components or replacing parts, but the replacement or repair of specific components to fix the problem the engine is experiencing, though sometimes it is just common sense to have other parts replaced at the same time to save on labour costs.

Modern car engines are very complex and at times things can go wrong with them. If you are lucky you will find yourself in the the position of only having to replace a particular component or part to be able to rectify the problem. O rings, bearings, gaskets, seals, timing belt or chain, valve springs, and oil pumps are all common components G-Mac Auto Centre regularly replace as required.

We do not recondition engines but if you are unfortunate enough to need to have your engine rebuilt or replaced we can certainly advise you on the best way to go about it. (We can send engines out to be reconditioned by a third party at your request)
